Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups, cooked red rice
  • ½ medium cucumber, sliced
  • ½ ripe mango, cut into small cubes
  • ½ small carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 can (180g) San Marino Corned Tuna
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Scoop rice into a bowl.
  2. Top with the cucumbers, mango, carrots and San Marino Corned Tuna.
  3. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
  4. Mix and serve.
  5. Optional: Drizzle with mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and a squeeze of lemon.
