Tuna Poke Bowl
- 2 cups, cooked red rice
- ½ medium cucumber, sliced
- ½ ripe mango, cut into small cubes
- ½ small carrot, shredded
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 can (180g) San Marino Corned Tuna
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- Scoop rice into a bowl.
- Top with the cucumbers, mango, carrots and San Marino Corned Tuna.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- Mix and serve.
- Optional: Drizzle with mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and a squeeze of lemon.
