Highlands Gold Corned Beef with Pineapple Rice


  • 1 can (210 gms) Highlands Gold Corned Beef 
  • 1 pc Onion (small), cut into rings 
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped 
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice 
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Pineapples, drained well 
  • 2 pcs Egg, scrambled
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and Pepper 
  • Fresh Herbs


  1. Sauté drained crushed pineapples. Add cooked rice. Stir fry until heated through. Set aside. 
  2. Sauté garlic and onions. Add Highlands Gold Corned Beef. Stir fry until fully heated. 
  3. Plate pineapple rice and eggs. Sautéed Highlands Gold Corned Beef. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately. Serves 1-2.
