Highlands Gold Corned Beef with Pineapple Rice
Ingredients
- 1 can (210 gms) Highlands Gold Corned Beef
- 1 pc Onion (small), cut into rings
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1/4 cup Crushed Pineapples, drained well
- 2 pcs Egg, scrambled
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh Herbs
Instructions
- Sauté drained crushed pineapples. Add cooked rice. Stir fry until heated through. Set aside.
- Sauté garlic and onions. Add Highlands Gold Corned Beef. Stir fry until fully heated.
- Plate pineapple rice and eggs. Sautéed Highlands Gold Corned Beef. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately. Serves 1-2.
