CDO Premium Honeycured Bacon-wrapped Bread Sticks
- 12 strips CDO Premium Honeycured Bacon
- 6 pcs Par-baked Bread Sticks
- 1 pc Fresh Egg (large)
- 1 tsp Water
- Ground Pepper (optional)
- Fresh Greens
- Fresh Herbs
- Aluminum foil
- Pre heat oven at 150°C.
- Mix egg & water. Beat until well-blended.
- Brush the par-baked bread sticks with egg mixture, sprinkle with pepper (optional).
- Wrap each bread stick with 2 strips of CDO Premium Honeycured Bacon and secure with toothpicks. Wrap ends with foil to avoid burning. Lower down the oven temperature to 125°C.
- Bake until bread sticks and bacon are golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with olives and fresh greens or fresh herbs. Serves 5.
