CDO Premium Honeycured Bacon-wrapped Bread Sticks


  • 12 strips CDO Premium Honeycured Bacon 
  • 6 pcs Par-baked Bread Sticks 
  • 1 pc Fresh Egg (large) 
  • 1 tsp Water 
  • Olives 
  • Ground Pepper (optional) 
  • Fresh Greens 
  • Fresh Herbs 
  • Toothpicks
  • Aluminum foil


  1. Pre heat oven at 150°C. 
  2. Mix egg & water. Beat until well-blended. 
  3. Brush the par-baked bread sticks with egg mixture, sprinkle with pepper (optional). 
  4. Wrap each bread stick with 2 strips of CDO Premium Honeycured Bacon and secure with toothpicks. Wrap ends with foil to avoid burning. Lower down the oven temperature to 125°C. 
  5. Bake until bread sticks and bacon are golden brown. 
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with olives and fresh greens or fresh herbs. Serves 5.
