Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 large head of broccoli, separated into florets
  • 2 cups of chopped CDO Chicken Ham
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 fresh eggs, beaten
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Melt the butter and sauté the garlic and green onions in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Steam the broccoli florets for 1 minute in a saucepan. Once drained and cooled, chop into fine pieces.

Mix the garlic, green onions, broccoli, CDO Chicken Ham , cottage cheese, flour, eggs and cheese until combined in a large bowl. Pour the contents into a greased 13 inches x 9 inches baking dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of 375g spiral pasta
  • 2 cups of CDO Chicken Ham, cubed
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 chicken broth cube
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ garlic, minced
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups of frozen green peas
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • 1 284ml can of mushrooms
  • Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
  • Chopped basil (for garnish)

In a large pot, boil pasta until cooked.

Fry ham and onions in a large skillet.

Add the chicken broth cube with boiling water as well as tomatoes and garlic.

Mix in cream cheese until fully combined.

Cook for 10 minutes then add in the frozen peas and mushrooms.

Combine soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.

Place a wok over high heat.

Add a beaten egg to the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Remove and chop after.
