    Job Description:
    • The Business Development Manager will lead the development of a new business plan for long term company growth, identifying new products to launch and new categories to enter while ensuring that proper financial analysis is done for every new product/business proposed to the company. The position will establish and implement a management reporting system which will ensure that top management is duly informed of all new products development, issues and action programs. If necessary, the Business Development Manager will source toll pack production capabilities for products beyond scope of current company production facilities.
