Teriyaki CDO Ulam Burger with Bean Sprouts


3 tbsps. soy sauce  
2 tbsps. dark brown sugar  
1 tbsp. corn oil  
½ tsp. ginger, ground  
½ tsp. garlic powder  
¼ tsp. black pepper  
5 pcs. CDO Ulam Burger
¼ cup vegetable oil  
2 cloves garlic, sliced  
200g bean sprouts  
1 stalk leek, thinly sliced  
1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced  
2 tbsps. soy sauce  
1 tsp. sesame oil  
½ cup vegetable oil  
toasted sesame seeds for garnish  
steamed rice   


1. In a medium bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, corn oil, ginger, garlic powder and black pepper together then marinate the CDO Ulam Burger with the mixture for 15 minutes.  
2. Pan fry the CDO Ulam Burger over medium-low heat so the sugar mixture coating doesn’t burn. Pour in some marinade sauce.
3. Sauté the garlic, then add bean sprouts, leek and red bell pepper. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.  
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve the teriyaki CDO Ulam Burger and bean sprouts with some rice.
