Sweet and Sour CDO Ulam Burger


3 patties CDO Ulam Burgers  
½ cup vegetable oil     
1 pc. red onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 pcs. green bell peppers, sliced  
1 pc. carrot, sliced 
½ cup tomato ketchup  
1 ½ cup pineapple chunks (with juice)  
1 ½ tbsp. vinegar  
¼ cup apricot spread  
½ tbsp. ginger 
2 pcs. bok choi (chinese cabbage)  


1. Pan fry CDO Ulam Burgers until golden brown.  
2. On another pan heat oil then sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add in bell peppers and carrots. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add in ketchup, pineapple chunks with juice, vinegar, apricot spread and ginger.
4. Simmer for 3 minutes then add in bok choi and CDO Ulam Burger.  
5. Continue to cook for 2 minutes.
