Mexican CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties


2 pcs. CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties  
cooking oil for deep frying
1 clove garlic, chopped  
1 pc. onion chopped  
5 pcs. tomatoes, chopped  
3 tbsps. cilantro, chopped  
juice of ½ of a lime 
jalapeno peppers (to taste)  
salt and pepper to taste
burger buns  
½ cup sour cream  
½ cup lettuce, shredded  
avocado, sliced (optional)  
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated  
tortilla chips


1. Fry CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties until golden brown.  
2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, onions, tomatoes, cilantro and lime juice. Add jalapeno peppers until desired spiciness is reached then season with salt and pepper. Set the prepared salsa aside. 
3. Heat burger buns then spread sour cream on one side of the bun. Top with shredded lettuce then with CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties. Top with the prepared salsa, then the avocado and cheddar cheese. Serve tortilla chips on the side.
