CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties with Curry Mayo Dressing


CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties 
cooking oil for frying
½ cup mayonnaise  
2 tbsps. lemon juice 
¾ tsp. curry powder  
½ tsp. garlic powder  
salt and pepper to taste     
3-4 pcs. whole wheat burger buns  
4 pcs. small lettuce leaves 
1 large tomato, sliced into rings  


1. Fry CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties in a pan until cooked throughout.  
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, curry powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper  
3. Toast buns.  
4. Spread prepared curry mayo on buns and layer lettuce, burgers, and tomatoes on top. Serve warm.
