CDO Ulam Burger with Vegetable Curry


3 pcs. CDO Ulam Burger
cooking oil for frying  
2 tbsps. vegetable oil  
1 pc. white onions, chopped  
2 cloves garlic, chopped  
½ tbsp. ginger  
1 pc. zucchini, diced
2 pc. tomatoes, diced
1 large potato, diced and parboiled  
1 cup cauliflower, broken into small chunks  
¼ cup chicken stock  
2 tbsps. curry powder 
½ tbsp. turmeric  
1 stalk lemon grass, crushed  
1 pc. lime rind  
½ tbsp. fish sauce  
salt and pepper to taste 


1. Pan fry CDO Ulam Burger then set aside.  
2. Heat vegetable oil and sauté onions, garlic, ginger until fragrant.  
3. Add in vegetables then cook until tender. Add in chicken stock then curry powder, turmeric, lemongrass and lime rind. Simmer for 3 minutes.  
4. Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper.     
5. Serve with the cooked CDO Ulam Burger.
