CDO Ulam Burger with Stir Fried Vegetables


2 tbsps. vegetable oil     
1 pc. onions, sliced  
2 cloves garlic  
½ tbsp. ginger  
1 pc. carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced 
1 head cauliflower, cut into small chunks  
1 pc. red bell pepper, sliced 
1 cup snow peas (sitsaro)  
2 tbsps. rice wine  
1 cup chicken stock  
3 tbsps. oyster sauce  
2 tbsps. cornstarch  
5 pcs. CDO Ulam Burgers
cooking oil for frying


1. In a sauté pan, heat vegetable oil then sauté onions, garlic and ginger until fragrant. 
2. Add in carrots and celery. Sauté for 3 minutes then add in cauliflower, bell peppers and snow peas. Continue to sauté for 2 minutes then add in rice wine.  
3. In a mixing bowl combine chicken stock, oyster sauce and cornstarch. Add this into the vegetables. Cook until the sauce thickens.  
4. Fry CDO Ulam Burger then serve the stir fried vegetables on the side.
