CDO Ulam Burger with Broccoli Stroganoff Style


1 cup sour cream  
1 tsp. dried dill  
5 pcs. CDO Ulam Burger  
½ cup cooking oil  
1 small onion, sliced  
2 tsps. garlic, minced  
250g dried linguini noodles  
2 cups broccoli florets  
3 tbps. all-purpose flour  
1 cup beef broth  
3 tbsps. tomato paste  
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce  
ground black pepper 


1. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and dill; set aside.  
2. In a large skillet, cook the CDO Ulam Burger, in hot oil over medium-high heat. Remove the CDO Ulam Burgers from skillet and set aside. Add onion and garlic to the same skillet and sauté for a minute.  
3. Meanwhile, cook linguini noodles according to package directions, adding broccoli for the last 3 minutes of cooking; drain well. Return linguini noodles and broccoli to pan; cover and keep warm.  
4. Sprinkle flour over onion mixture in skillet, stirring continuously. Add broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly for 1 minute more. 
5. Return CDO Ulam Burgers to skillet; heat through.
6. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. 
7. Stir in sour cream mixture. Serve CDO Ulam Burger mixture on top of linguini noodles and broccoli.
