CDO Ulam Burger with White Mushroom and Onion Sauce


5 pcs. CDO Ulam Burger
½ cup cooking oil  
1 large white onion, thinly sliced  
½ cup button mushrooms, sliced  
salt and pepper to taste  
1 cup beef stock  
½ can cream of mushroom soup  
mashed potatoes (optional) 
parsley, chopped  


1. Pan fry the CDO Ulam Burger in a hot pan with some oil then set it aside. Toss in onions and sauté for 5 minutes over low heat until the onions become translucent.  
2. Add in mushrooms and sauté for another minute and season with salt and pepper then set aside.  
3. Pour the stock in the same pan and whisk in the cream of mushroom soup and season it with salt and pepper. 
4. Add the CDO Ulam Burger back in and heat it through. 
5. Scoop some mashed potatoes on to a plate then place the CDO Ulam Burger on top. Add the sauce.
6. Place some of the sautéed mushrooms and onions on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
