RECIPES Select A Recipe:   
PANCIT MOLO WITH CDO HAM

Ingredients:

1/4 kg ground pork
1 cup CDO Regular Sweet Ham, chopped
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
32 pieces molo wrappers
6 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp patis
2 tbsp fried garlic
1/4 cup spring onion, chopped

Procedure:

In a clean bowl, combine the first seven (7) ingredients.
Fill molo wrappers with a teaspoonful of meat filling.
Set aside.
Bring the chicken broth to a boil.
Add patis and pepper.
Drop the filled molo one at a time.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until molo floats.
Laddle into soup bowls.
Top with garlic and onions.
Serve hot.
