CDO MEAT LOAF JARDINERA SUPREMO
Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
1 tbsp garlic, minced
¼ cup onions, chopped
1 pc chorizo bilbao, sliced
1 can CDO VIENNA SAUSAGE 70g, diced
3 cans CDO MEAT LOAF 100g, diced
½ cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
¼ cup canned pimiento, diced
½ cup DANES CHEESE, grated
1 pc pork cubes, crushed Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup milk, mixed with
3 pcs eggs, beaten
10 pcs quail eggs, boiled, peeled
Procedure:
In a pan, sauté garlic and onions in butter until transparent. Add in the next six ingredients. Stir gently and add the cheese. Season with pork cubes, salt & pepper. Transfer hot mixture into oven proof dish. Pour in egg and milk mixture. Top with boiled eggs. Bake in a hot oven until bubbly and golden brown. Serves 6. |
