CDO LUNCHEON MEAT FRIED RICE
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons garlic
cup onions, chopped
1 can CDO Luncheon Meat, cubed
3 cups cooked rice
cup red bell pepper, chopped
cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
cup spring onions, sliced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Procedure:
Saute in garlic and onions.
Add luncheon meat, then rice.
Add red and green bell pepper, mix well.
Stir in eggs and mix well.
Add salt.
Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame oil.
*** Makes six (6) servings.
