KARNE NORTE CON ITLOG NA PUGO
Ingredients:
3 cans CDO Karne Norte (175g)
15 pieces itlog ng pugo, cooked
1 1/2 cup green peas, cooked
1/2 tbsp black pepper
Procedure:
Heat CDO Karne Norte 175g in a pan.
Put green peas and let it simmer for 10 minutes (medium fire).
Add black pepper to taste.
Put in a platter then top it with Itlog ng Pugo.
Serve hot.
*** Makes four to six (4-6) servings.
