EMBUTIDO
Ingredients:
1 kg ground pork
250g CDO Regular Sweet Ham, chopped
3 pieces chorizo de bilbao, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup pickle relish
1 cup cheese, grated
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup ketchup
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
sensal or impelya (available in wet market)
Procedure:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except sensal.
Divide mixture into four (4) and wrap in sensal.
Bake for 30 minutes or steam for 40 minutes.
Cool before slicing.
Serve with gravy or ketchup.
*** Makes four (4) medium sized embutidos.
