CDO CLASSIC BUKO SALAD
Ingredients:
6 cups buko, shredded
2 cups pineapple tidbits, drained
1- 12 oz. CDO Nata de Coco, drained
1- 12 oz. CDO Kaong, drained
cup condensed milk
1 cups all purpose cream
Procedure:
Combine buko, pineapple tidbits, CDO Nata and CDO Kaong in a bowl.
Set aside.
Mix together condensed milk and all purpose cream until well blended.
Add to the buko mixture.
Chill salad before serving.
