CDO
MEAT LOAF ON FRIED BAGUETTE
Ingredients:
1 pc baguette, cut diagonally
oil for frying
For the filling:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic, chopped
1 pc white onions, chopped
3 cans CDO MEAT LOAF 100g, cut into cubes
½ cup fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced thinly
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halves
¼ cup fresh basil
Salt & pepper to taste
For the garnish:
DANES CHEESE, grated
Sprigs of basil leaves
Procedure:
For the bread,
heat oil and dip bread until golden brown. Drain in paper towel. Set aside.
For the filling,
sauté garlic and onions in olive oil.
Add in the rest of the ingredients.
Correct seasoning.
To serve, spread cooked CDO Meat Loaf mixture on top of each tasted bread slices. Sprinkle with grated Danes Cheese.
Garnish with basil leaves.
