CDO MEAT LOAF TEMPURA
Ingredients:
3 cans CDO MEAT LOAF 100g, cut into quarters
150 grams Angels hair noodles, cooked
according to package direction
½ cup All purpose flour
1 pc Egg yolk
1/3 cup Cold water
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped parsley
Cornstarch
Oil for frying
Procedure:
Combine the flour, egg yolk and water. Season with pepper and salt. Add in chopped parsley. Set aside. Gently wrap each quarter of CDO Meat Loaf with noodles. Secure ends. Dip in flour mixture. Roll in cornstarch. Repeat with the remaining meat loaf. Fry in hot oil just to cook the egg-flour mixture. Drain in paper towels.
Serves 6.
