Meat Loaf Quekiam RollsIngredients:
3 cans CDO MEAT LOAF 100g, crushed
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
1 pc white onions, chopped.
1 tsp five star powder
2 pcs eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup singkamas, grated
1 pc beef cubes crushed
Salt & pepper to taste
Quekiam wrapper
Oil for frying
For the sauce:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp garlic
½ cup catsup
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
Procedure:
To make the sauce, simmer in a pan all the ingredients until thickens. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl,
mix together the first eleven ingredients.
Adjust seasoning.
Divide mixture in to three parts.
Wrap each mixture into quekiam wrapper, securing both ends.
Steam until done. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown drain in paper towels.
Cool before slicing.
Serve with prepared sauce.
