CDO
MEAT LOAF POTATO FRITTATA
Ingredients:
2 cups olive oil
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
2 tbsp white onions, chopped
½ cup tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1 cup potatoes, diced, cooked
¼ cup leeks, chopped
½ cup canned pimiento, chopped
2 tbsp black olives, chopped
3 cans CDO MEAT LOF 100g, diced
1 pc beef cubes, crushed
¼ cup DANES CHEESE, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
6 pcs eggs, slightly beaten
Procedure:
In a skillet heat oil sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes,
stir in the next six ingredients.
Season. Spread mixture evenly on the pan.
Pour in beaten eggs.
Turn gently the frittata and cook until golden brown.
Transfer into a serving dish.
Drizzle with tomato ketchup.
Serve hot. Serves 6. |
