CDO MEAT LOAF WITH ORIENTAL VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
2 cup soil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, cut into fine strips
1 pc white onions, chopped
¼ cup fresh shitake mushrooms, julienne, blanched
½ cup carrots, julienne, blanched
½ cup broccoli , cut into flowerets, blanched
½ cup togue, trimmed
3 cans CDO MEAT LOAF 100g, cut into cubes
1 pc labuyo, chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 pc beef cubes, crushed
1 tbsp cornstarch, dispersed in
½ cup water or stock
Salt & pepper to taste
Onion leeks, sliced, for garnish
Procedure:
In a skillet,
heat oil, ad in garlic, ginger and onions.
Cook until done but not brown.
Add in the rest of the vegetables and toss gently the meat loaf. Add the next three ingredients. Pour in the cornstarch mixture. Stirring well to prevent lumps. Correct seasoning. Transfer in a serving dish. Garnish with leeks.
Serve hot. Serves 6. |
