CDO MEAT LOAF CHEESY PECHAY
Ingredients:
3 cans CDO MEAT LOAF 100g, cut into julienne
½ tbsp white onions, chopped
½ cup DANES CHEESE, grated
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp powder seasoning
Pepper to taste
Lumpia wrapper
Pechay leaves, trimmed, blanched
Egg whites, beaten
Sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Procedure:
Procedure:
Combine thoroughly the first six ingredients.
Correct seasoning.
Spread each wrapper on a flat surface and place pechay.
Put enough mixture.
Roll up tightly and seal the edges with water.
Dip each rolled lumpia in egg whites then roll in sesame seeds.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain in paper towels.
Serves 6.
